THE VISION & GOALS: To bring together 1,000 different churches on Sunday, October 1st, 2017 at the ETSU football stadium to worship Jesus, to pray, and to engage in a vision to restore Appalachia from the prescription drug epidemic.
To publicly honor Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
To strengthen unity and fellowship between Christian churches
To serve ETSU, the local community, and the Body of Christ
To proclaim the salvation of Jesus Christ
The event is FREE and ANYONE can come!
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. – Prayer Initiative
5:00 p.m. - 5:45p.m. – Check-In and Fellowship (concession stands and booths will be open at this time)
6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Adoration 2017 (programs will be handed out at the gate)
The event will be held in the new football stadium at ETSU, and the Mini Dome is our backup location for inclement weather.
The event will have a strong local focus, and will consist of local ministry leaders. Praise and worship music will be intertwined throughout the evening. Songs will consists of your favorite traditional hymns, and your favorite modern worship songs!
Part of the event will focus on our drug epidemic in Appalachia. We will uncover the depths of our issue as well as provide a solution to our problem. We want to RESTORE APPALACHIA, and provide healing for those who are hurting and broken. We will all pray together, praise together, and serve together as the Body of Christ unified under the blood of Jesus.
